Job Summary
Provide exceptional respiratory-focused nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing/acute care and rehab center. Responsibilities include performing respiratory assessments and interventions, managing oxygen therapy and respiratory equipment, educating residents and families on respiratory health, implementing and monitoring care plans, providing personalized care with empathy, building meaningful connections with residents and families, leadership and direction to care staff, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance overall well-being. Qualifications require an unrestricted RN or LPN license valid in the state, with strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
