Job Summary
Provide respiratory-focused nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing/rehab center. Perform respiratory assessments and interventions, manage oxygen therapy and respiratory equipment, and educate residents and families on respiratory health. Implement and monitor respiratory care plans and provide leadership to care staff. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance residents' well-being while ensuring adherence to community and state standards. Role requires an unrestricted RN or LPN license; strong interpersonal/communication skills and computer proficiency are essential. Full-time position with a salary in the $37-$45/hour range (DOE) and a $10,000-$15,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, holidays, 401k, and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
