Job Summary
Respiratory Therapy Manager directs and supervises all functions of Cardiopulmonary Services including Pulmonary Rehab; duties include administering respiratory care services with experience in ventilator management, oxygen administration and nebulizer therapy; cross-trained in cardiology; performs all manager functions (operational, financial, regulatory, personnel); requires formal education in respiratory therapy and Idaho licensure, BLS/CPR and ACLS/PALS within 6 months; 5k sign-on bonus with a 1-year commitment; full-time opportunity with training and supportive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Respiratory Therapy required or US Military equivalent
- Minimum of Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Licensed as Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) with the state of Idaho
- Certified (CRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care – RRT preferred but not required
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- ACLS & PALS certified within 6 months of hire
