Respiratory Manager

Direct and manage daily departmental operations to align with organizational goals, overseeing staff recruitment, scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations. Monitor departmental budgets, vendor relationships, and resource utilization while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies. Oversee equipment, supplies, and procurement processes to maintain operational readiness, evaluate patient care quality, and coordinate services across clinical teams. Deliver hands-on patient care support when needed and maintain strong communication with internal teams, physicians, and external partners. Full-time Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with additional coverage for open shifts as needed.
