Job Summary
Respiratory Clinical Sales Specialist responsible for executing respiratory/ventilation sales activities to meet revenue objectives, delivering clinical education and tools to referral sources (Pulmonologists, PCPs, ALS clinics, hospitals, LTACs), and expanding business through in-services and training. Role emphasizes clinical expertise in respiratory therapy, product demonstrations for ventilation lines, educating patients and caregivers, evaluating respiratory regimens, and contributing to care plans to improve quality of life and reduce hospital readmissions. Requires an associates degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy, 2+ years in the field (hospital/homecare), relevant licensure/certifications (CRT/RRT/RPSGT), active state licensure, valid driver's license, and sales experience in healthcare. Compensation includes competitive pay, commissions, vehicle allowance, benefits, and PTO; Job Type: Full-time in Beavercreek, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree (A.S.) or higher in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of two years’ experience in Respiratory Therapy (homecare and hospital); sleep lab experience a plus
- ICU experience preferred
- Certified Respiratory Technician (CRT), Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), or Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (RPSGT) (Some States- RN)
- Current state license or appropriate registration
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- 1+ years sales experience in healthcare or selling services preferred
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Office 365, Teams, calendar applications
