Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope respiratory care and manage ventilator integration, adaptive pulmonary support, and airway management in a technologically complex clinical setting. Precept new staff on imaging and radiologic procedures while contributing to safety and quality initiatives across multiple levels of care. Engage in clinical and process improvement projects at the unit, division, regional, or system level to drive outcomes. Requires RRT certification, one year of experience, and current ACLS/BLS credentials. Full-time nights shift with 13-week assignments available.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
- One year of experience
- Registered as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- ACLS
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
