Respiratory Care Technician Material Handler, Seniorr

Senior Respiratory Care Technician responsible for assembling and preparing respiratory equipment (pressure-limited devices, volume ventilators, transport isolettes), inspecting/testing equipment, weekly dryer and Steriverse water maintenance, disinfecting procedures, and inventory management of portable O2/air cylinders in ICU and Acute Care areas. Responsibilities include reporting broken equipment to Bio-Med within 24 hours, ordering cylinders, conducting rounds for dirty equipment, collaborating with department staff to promote teamwork, and keeping supervisor informed of incidents and unusual situations. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
