Respiratory Care Practitioner - Weekend Option

Provides evaluation of and care for respiratory therapy patients; administers prescribed respiratory therapies; assesses patients for appropriate type and frequency of treatment, develops care plans, and implements/monitors patient care and equipment. Maintains documentation, educates patients and families, assists with equipment maintenance and inventory, responds to medical emergencies, and maintains adherence to department policies. Weekend option with Friday–Sunday night shifts (6:30pm–7:00am) in a hospital Respiratory Therapy department. Requires NBRC-credentialed Respiratory Therapist, Missouri licensure, and BLS; position emphasizes advanced modalities, patient education, and collaboration with care teams.
