Respiratory Care Practitioner RRT -Days - Cottonwood

Perform ABG punctures, administer pharmacological solutions per physician orders, and record vital signs including breath sounds and ventilator status. Set ventilator parameters, place E.T. tubes safely, and educate patients on therapy and medications prior to discharge. Complete billing paperwork, document assessments and EMR entries accurately, and maintain, troubleshoot, and repair respiratory equipment. Report safety incidents through the Midas/RDE tool, adhere to regulatory standards, and ensure all certifications and licenses remain current. Requires an Associate's degree from an AMA Respiratory Therapy Program, NBRC RRT certification, and BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP credentials.
