Job Summary
Perform routine therapy, diagnostic, and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures for patients while maintaining all equipment in working order. Provide phlebotomy and basic laboratory testing as required. Requires state certification or licensure in respiratory care, current BLS and ACLS certification, and blood gas licensure if employed in Nevada. Minimum one-year clinical respiratory experience preferred. This PRN role at PAM Health supports chronically and critically ill patients across 80 locations, offering opportunities for professional growth through the Education Advancement Program.
Required Qualifications
- Must be certified or licensed in the state where the hospital resides to practice respiratory care
- Must possess and maintain current BLS certification
- Must possess and maintain current ACLS certification
- Blood gas licensure required if employed in the state of Nevada
- At least a high school diploma is required
- Minimum of one-year clinical respiratory experience
Desired Qualifications
- preferably an associate degree
- prior inpatient hospital experience
