Job Summary
Perform routine therapy, diagnostic, and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures for chronically and critically ill patients while maintaining all equipment in working order. Provide phlebotomy and basic laboratory testing as required. Requires current BLS and ACLS certification, state respiratory care licensure, and at least one year of clinical respiratory experience. This 13-week night shift assignment at San Antonio Med Center LTACH offers $55/hour with no travel reimbursement. No benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- Must be certified or licensed in the state where the hospital resides to practice respiratory care
- Must possess and maintain current BLS certification
- Must possess and maintain current ACLS certification
- Blood gas licensure required if employed in the state of Nevada
- At least a high school diploma is required
- Minimum of one-year clinical respiratory experience
