Respiratory Care Practitioner (CRT)

Provides evaluation of and care for respiratory therapy patients; administers prescribed respiratory therapeutic services; assesses patient for appropriate type and frequency of treatment; develops and implements a care plan; monitors and documents patient condition; educates patient and family about health conditions and community resources; maintains and calibrates respiratory equipment; responds to medical emergencies; performs duties in accordance with department policies and procedures and guidelines.
