Job Summary
Under medical direction, provide treatment, management, control, diagnostic evaluation, and care to patients with cardio-pulmonary deficiencies. Conduct and document initial and ongoing assessments while gathering data relevant to individual patient and family needs. Develop and document a plan of care for selected patients, then implement, document, and provide education based on that plan. Evaluate and document the outcomes of the Respiratory Therapy practice to demonstrate professional responsibility. Requires an AA or BS degree in Respiratory Care, 1-3 years of experience, and certifications including CPR, ACLS/BLS, and Maryland licensure. Required Qualifications
- AA or BS degree in Respiratory Care
- 1-3 years of experience
- American Heart Association CPR Certification
- ACLS/BLS certification
- Maryland Respiratory Care Practitioner Licensure
- Registered by National Board for Respiratory Care
- Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college)
- knowledge of a specialized field
- PRN - Day shift - 7:30am-4:00pm
