Job Summary
Respirator Fit Tester needed to perform Respirator Fit Testing on hospital employees. Paid training provided; no prior experience required. Duties include checking patients in, attending paid training, performing fit tests, recording results in the database, communicating with the On-Site supervisor, and maintaining cleanliness of patient-care areas. Requires own laptop, strong teamwork and communication, ability to work early mornings and some evenings, and ability to commute to hospitals in Rhode Island and occasionally across the border into Massachusetts. Location: Providence, RI (US) in person hospital setting; 3-5 days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bring own laptop and charger to the work site
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient interaction
- Ability to work early mornings and occasional evenings
- Ability to commute up to an hour to hospitals in Rhode Island and occasionally across the border in Massachusetts
- Experience: Computer skills: 2 years (Required)
- Customer service or patient service: 1+ year (Preferred)
- License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
- Ability to Commute: Up to an hour commute, to hospitals in Rhode Island and occasionally across the border into MA.
- Work Location: In person, hospital setting
- Complete "Respirator Fit Testing" 3-5 days per week in a hospital setting.
