Job Summary
Monitor and analyze technical and legal risk assessment indicators to protect company interests against industrial risks. Provide technical and legal expertise to operational teams on projects, including support during audits to limit penalties and optimize maintenance plans. Follow up on litigation cases by drafting protocols and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to the definition of new manufacturer standards and participate in training internal stakeholders. Report on the progress of files being processed and ensure the quality of technical and legal support.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years' higher education in maintenance, mechanics or electrical engineering
- 10 years' significant experience
- General knowledge of industrial engineering
- In-depth professional knowledge in the technical field (mechanical, electrical, electrical engineering, hydraulics, etc.)
- In-depth product knowledge (ranges, features, etc.)
- General legal knowledge
- General knowledge of IT tools and information systems
- Intermediate level in English (B2)
