Coordinate production scheduling for 15 cheese processing lines and manage material flow for 31,000 tons of annual output. Interface between industrial planning, headquarters, and the conditioning workshop to define reference assignments and launch production orders. Lead a team of three order preparers, estimate production needs based on sales forecasts and existing stock, and coordinate with logistics, quality, and supply services. Monitor TRS indicators, analyze physical stock discrepancies across SAP and Logys systems, and ensure traceability for product returns. Propose weekly forecasts and inform planners of delivery delays or shortages. Manage empty pallet supply and production runs based on available meules.
