Resourcive: AI Practice Lead

$140,000–$180,000 year

On-siteGreenville, South Carolina, United States

Full TimeSenior LevelLarge

Job Summary

Lead the build of Resourcive's Anthropic/Claude services portfolio from the ground up by originating, shaping, and closing AI advisory engagements while deepening the vendor partnership. Design and launch the Claude advisory portfolio, including readiness assessments, deployment playbooks, and optimization engagements, alongside defining repeatable methodologies for use case identification and governance. Serve as the senior Claude subject matter expert to lead client readiness evaluations, guide model selection and integration strategy, and present roadmaps to CIO and CTO stakeholders. Drive the Anthropic Partner tier roadmap by securing certifications and joint client engagements, while developing service collateral and contributing to thought leadership. Report directly to the President with a focus on practice growth, revenue generation, and internal enablement as "Customer 0."

Required Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years in technology consulting, enterprise IT advisory, or digital transformation roles
  • Hands-on experience with Claude and/or the Anthropic API — this is non-negotiable; generalist AI knowledge is not sufficient
  • Demonstrated track record building or scaling a practice area or service offering from the ground up
  • Experience advising CIO/CTO/CDO-level stakeholders on AI strategy and enterprise technology adoption
  • CCA-F certification (Anthropic's Claude for Work certification) is required within 30 days of start
  • Background in vendor evaluation, sourcing, and implementation oversight is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with Anthropic's partner program, certification requirements, or Claude enterprise deployment is a significant differentiator
  • Deep, working knowledge of Claude's capabilities, limitations, model family (Haiku, Sonnet, Opus), and enterprise use cases
  • Fluency in prompt engineering, Claude API integration patterns, and enterprise deployment considerations (security, compliance, governance)
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence — equally credible with a CIO and a developer
  • Builder mentality: comfortable creating structure where none exists and thriving in an early-stage practice environment
  • Strong analytical skills for cost-benefit analysis, ROI modeling, and infrastructure assessment

Desired Qualifications

  • Existing CCA-F certification
  • Background in vendor evaluation, sourcing, and implementation oversight
