Job Summary
Resourcing Director responsible for attraction strategy and execution, campaign performance and analytics, end-to-end pipeline ownership from attraction to client submission, and team management of resourcers. Requires partnering with Marketing on channel selection and content, embedding data quality in HubSpot, coaching candidates for client interviews, cross-functional collaboration with Account Management, Onboarding & Relocation, and Marketing, and delivering data-driven reporting to leadership to optimize the attraction-to-submission funnel.
