Job Summary
Manage and track available resources, opportunities, and services while connecting young people with academic, professional, and essential support like housing and mental health. Coach and build a scalable team of volunteer Resource Teams and external collaborators to execute programming that removes personal and structural barriers. Coordinate summer jobs programs leveraging city-wide initiatives and community partnerships, while developing and deploying digital resources across mobile apps and email channels. Regularly audit community engagement policies to ensure alignment with best practices for minor safety and self-efficacy. Identify community needs through data collection and cross-team collaboration. Requires Master's degree, LCSW preferred, and ability to work evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- 3 years of experience
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Strong record of crisis management and trauma-informed care
- Strong knowledge of the Baltimore community resources landscape
- Strong knowledge of available academic/professional opportunities
- Strong project and process management
- Ability to organize complex tasks
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments
- Ability to clearly communicate
- Ability to live out Thread's core values & core competencies
- Ability to work during the evenings and weekends as necessary
Desired Qualifications
- Prior non-profit experience or knowledge
- Experience working with learning management systems
