Job Summary
Contribute to team success by increasing new candidates on the platform and match their skills to schools' requirements. Ensure smooth daily operations by maintaining candidate liquidity for cover, fulfilling short-term bookings, and organizing vetting processes with right-to-work checks. Carry out onboarding and assessments for teachers and teaching assistants while interacting with candidates to maintain positive relationships. Work collaboratively with sales and technology teams to improve efficiency.
