Job Summary
Conduct structured searches for retained executive assignments using LinkedIn Recruiter, Loxo, and online sources to identify credible candidates across life sciences, software, engineering, and senior leadership roles. Critically review profiles, distinguish genuine fit from keyword matches, and approach passive candidates via tailored LinkedIn, email, and telephone communications. Qualify initial interest, motivation, location, and salary expectations before progressing suitable individuals to initial consultant interviews. Maintain accurate candidate records and search notes within Loxo while providing concise progress updates on market feedback and strategy adjustments. Manage multiple assignments at varying seniority levels with attention to detail and confidentiality. Work remotely from South Africa with agreed overlap to UK hours, utilizing Microsoft Teams for scheduled meetings.
