Job Summary
Resource Team Leader overseeing a high-performing Financial Centre Administrators team, responsible for identifying advisor learning needs, delivering training on Sun Life tools and processes, enabling technology adoption, coordinating and delivering training programs, and ensuring operational effectiveness of FC locations (premises, equipment, administration, and client management). Requires leadership, coaching, and relationship-building to support Advisors, staff, and managers; must manage training schedules, provide just-in-time technical and product/procedure guidance, and ensure compliance and market conduct topics are covered. Strong PC skills, ability to motivate others, and capacity to work in a hybrid in-office/remote environment are essential.
Required Qualifications
- University degree with 3-6 years of experience or equivalent
- Experience includes coaching, leading and influencing teams
- Bilingual as required
- Excellent PC Skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, Salesforce)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience in financial services or relationship management
- Ability to work independently and with the team
