Job Summary
Founding Resource Teacher – STEM & Enrichment: design and lead engaging weekly themes and enrichment experiences; bring STEM, art, sensory exploration, and hands-on learning to life; guide classrooms through activities tailored to children's ages; collaborate with Lead Teachers to extend classroom learning through special projects; build positive relationships with children; help create school-wide events and celebrations; maintain health, safety, and licensing standards; role focused on creating magical, memorable learning experiences without evenings or weekends; NC licensing requirements and a full-time Monday–Friday schedule; benefits include health insurance contribution, PTO, professional development, and childcare tuition discounts; ideal candidate is creative, enthusiastic, curious, and passionate about STEM, art, and hands-on learning.
Required Qualifications
- North Carolina licensing requirements must be met
- Experience working with children in childcare, preschool, educational, art, STEM, or enrichment settings is preferred but training may be provided
