Job Summary
Enhance lesson plans and activities in collaboration with teachers while providing flexible classroom support to ensure a consistent educational experience. Organize engaging learning centers, supervise children indoors and outdoors for safety and social development, and offer personalized attention in an inclusive environment. Maintain clean classrooms adhering to health and safety regulations, assist with daily care routines, and communicate transparently with families about progress. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Empathy and compassion for young children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, children and families
