Job Summary
Plan engaging activities and observe children's interests to develop creative curriculum ideas. Communicate daily with parents about their children's progress and achievements via apps and discussions. Collaborate with other teachers to maintain a smooth classroom environment while calmly addressing stressful situations. Lift up to 50 lbs. for child safety and program facilitation. Work in a supportive, state-of-the-art facility focused on early childhood education. No nights or weekends required.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree
- Has successfully completed state-required pre-service training
- Meets background check eligibility
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations. For Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib

- Ability to calmly address stressful situations professionally while multi-tasking to ensure a smooth classroom
