Enhance lesson plans and activities in collaboration with Lead and Assistant Teachers while providing flexible classroom support to ensure a consistent educational experience. Organize engaging classroom materials, supervise children indoors and outdoors, and maintain clean, safe environments adhering to health and licensing regulations. Offer personalized attention to foster an inclusive atmosphere and communicate transparently with families regarding student progress. This role requires a high school diploma, empathy for young children, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
