Job Summary
Enhance lesson plans and activities with Lead and Assistant Teachers while organizing engaging classroom materials and learning centers. Provide flexible classroom support to ensure a consistent educational experience, supervise children indoors and outdoors for safety and social development, and maintain clean, inviting classrooms adhering to health and safety regulations. Offer personalized attention to foster an inclusive environment and collaborate transparently with families regarding children's progress. This role requires a high school diploma, empathy for young children, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
