Resource Teacher 1 Year Only - Cole Middle School (Anticipated)

Manage student behaviors in the classroom by establishing rules, enforcing discipline, and maintaining order in accordance with school policies. Monitor individual student progress to adjust teaching strategies and guide learning toward curriculum goals using varied instructional techniques. Plan programs of study that meet individual student needs, prepare classes with written evidence, and create environments conducive to learning appropriate to student maturity. Assess student accomplishments regularly, provide progress reports, and take precautions to protect students and facilities. Maintain accurate records, assist administration in implementing policies, and advise faculty on student discipline matters.
