Job Summary
Enter customer orders in Express to generate order numbers for Inside Sales review and confirm items with no actual shortage while identifying potential shortages. Document ETA of incoming stock, PM Reserve quantities, and approval indicators for supply-constrained parts. Maintain quality expectations through proofreading and expand product knowledge using literature, supplier websites, and TTI University. Complete additional projects as assigned. Requires bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, six months of customer support experience, and strong literacy in Microsoft Office. This role supports internal stakeholders within TTI, Inc.'s hybrid work model, offering a 13% savings fund, 30 days Christmas bonus, and major medical insurance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 6 months' experience in customer support or similar role
- Bilingual – Written & Verbal Proficiency in Spanish/English
- Proven literacy in using application software such as Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Demonstrated track record of building confidence and credibility with external customers
- Be extremely inquisitive and a quick learner
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong listening skills
- Exhibits strong interpersonal/teamwork skills in order to build effective working relationships
