Job Summary
Coordinate housing, vocational, educational, and transportation services to meet residents' resource needs at the TAY Crisis Residential Treatment facility. Facilitate pre-vocational and vocational counseling while supporting daily exercise, wellness education, and medication evaluation for Transitional Age Youth ages 18-25. Provide crisis intervention and social support services within a short-term voluntary residential setting, ensuring stable recovery and community transition for clients experiencing psychiatric crises.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mental Health
- Four (4) years direct service experience with the mentally ill
- Valid California Driver's License with an eligible driving record per company policy
- Class B license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively interact with individuals experiencing serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI)
