Job Summary
Resource Specialist for staffing support to a team of Client Managers, Project Managers, Staff Assessors and Partner Associates. Coordinate nationwide staffing based on client scope, timelines, location, and staffing needs; communicate with assessors, project managers, and partner associates; monitor and manage staff availability and workload; assign projects efficiently; maintain accurate project tracking and scheduling records using Excel and internal databases; respond quickly to schedule changes and urgent requests; handle high-volume communications with professionalism; requires strong verbal/written communication, attention to detail, self-direction, and the ability to multi-task within a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is expected; prior experience in scheduling or coordinating personnel for project managers or regional managers is valued.
Required Qualifications
- Experience scheduling or coordinating personnel, field staff, inspectors, project managers, or subcontractors
- Prior experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, construction operations, or project scheduling is a plus
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered
- Previous office or administrative experience within the construction industry strongly preferred
