Job Summary
Seeking a Resource Specialist (On Call) at CBC/Radio-Canada for temporary short-term employment to plan and coordinate human and technical resources for productions. Bilingual in English and French required, with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience and strong leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- College graduate from a broadcasting program or equivalent TV broadcasting experience
- Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience demonstrating a solid understanding of the television/radio/web production processes
- Mastery of the functionalities of the Google suite
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills; able to work without supervision; highly tactful, well organized; very motivated self-starter.
- Service-oriented outlook
- Bilingual; able to communicate easily in spoken and written form
- Able to work various shifts and on rotation, both weekdays and weekends, as required
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of ScheduAll and iNews software
- Technical TV and radio knowledge
- Good familiarity with programming on all (TV-radio-web)
Additional Requirements
- Bilingual candidates preferred
