Job Summary

NexRep Resource Specialist serves as the primary contact for independent marketplace contractors delivering real-time chat support and sales services. Responsibilities include assisting contractors during service delivery, analyzing performance metrics to meet client goals, ensuring adherence to Independent Contractor Agreements and NexRep client workflows, providing real-time support and coaching (one-on-one and group sessions), communicating client changes to contractors, reviewing customer satisfaction data for trends, and delivering detailed scoring information to contractors. Requires proficiency in Office 365 (Excel), strong collaboration, feedback delivery, attention to detail, independent work, and occasional travel with reimbursement.

Required Qualifications
