Job Summary
Greet, screen, and direct all visitors, donors, and clients in person and over the phone to appropriate staff or departments. Assess needs, administer intake forms, and connect individuals to CA services by verifying eligibility, coordinating referrals, and providing warm handoffs. Assist clients with completing program applications, paperwork, and scheduling appointments while issuing vouchers and tracking calls and requests. Maintain clean reception areas, ensure accurate data entry, and provide clerical support and coverage for breaks or other locations as assigned. Participate in required agency meetings and trainings. Full-time role at 37.5 hours per week with a preference for bilingual candidates.
Required Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience
