Job Summary
Interventional Resource Nurse in the PACU provides individualized nursing care to adult/geriatric/pediatric patients, applying nursing standards to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. Performs duties in alignment with Mercy Service Standards and mission. Requires BLS with possible ACLS/NRP/ENPC/TNCC/CPHON/OCN/PALS/PEARS/S.T.A.B.L.E./C-EFM certifications as dictated by unit; ability to lift up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing/walking, and physical capability for duties. Required Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Licensure: Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure
- Experience: 1 year of experience
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (American Heart Association) or equivalent within 30 days of hire; ACLS/NRP/ENPC/TNCC/CPHON/OCN/PALS/PEARS/S.T.A.B.L.E./C-EFM or other unit-specific certifications as required
