Provide diverse professional nursing services by assessing, planning, coordinating, and delegating tasks to the patient care team while managing physician absences. Direct care for surgical patients through perioperative care, administer medications, and prepare patients for examinations or procedures. Respond to emergent codes including Rapid Response and Code Blue/Code Neuro, and support service recovery initiatives. Serve as a resource to novice clinicians and lead quality improvement activities to improve clinical outcomes and patient safety.
