Job Summary
Resource Registered Nurse (RN) - Cath Lab oversees unit workflow on a shift, develops staff assignments based on competency and acuity, coordinates patient care activities and staffing plans, serves as a role model and resource for the team, collaborates with the Clinical Nurse Manager to ensure adequate resources, maintains current unit-based practice guidelines and competencies, ensures regulatory compliance, delegates care activities, utilizes EMR for planning and documenting patient care, and demonstrates leadership and mentoring to staff.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
- Registered Nurse in NH or compact state
- Minimum of two (2) years of progressive clinical experience in acute care and/or specialty areas
- Maintain professional and regulatory knowledge to evaluate the effectiveness of care delivery
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, leadership, and mentoring skills
