Job Summary
Contact past due loan customers via phone and mail to resolve delinquencies, interview and counsel clients to solicit repayment, and process documentation accurately per department policies. Record all customer interactions using department software while responding to internal and external inquiries with quality customer service skills. Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines by assisting team members to reduce losses to the Company. This role requires 1+ years of experience in collections or telephone customer service and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. The position is 100% in office in Glens Falls, New York, with a pay range of $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional telephone and customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable interacting with customers, co-workers, and management
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. at times
- 100% in office in our Glens Falls, New York headquarters
