Job Summary

Conduct intensive research, analysis, and coordination for the Law Enforcement (LE) portfolio within OUSD(I&S), preparing staff packages, position papers, and briefings across five programs or projects monthly. Perform technical studies, document reviews, and budgetary analyses while organizing planning data to ensure alignment with the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. Support congressional interactions by drafting testimony, responding to Congressional Directed Actions, and addressing policy questions. Provide weekly updates to senior leadership on meeting statuses and maintain tracking vehicles for all DoD deliverables. Establish and maintain programmatic procedures, coordinate stakeholder meetings, and draft documents for OUSD(I&S)-led engagements. This full-time role requires a TS/SCI clearance and ten years of PPBE experience, operating Monday through Friday with occasional evening and weekend hours as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Ten (10) years of experience with Planning, Programing, Budget and Execution (PPBE) processes
  • Experience with both the National Intelligence Program (NIP) and Military Intelligence Program (MIP)
  • Experience with DoD component Program Objective Memoranda (POM) submissions
  • Experience with Issue Team process
  • Experience with Congressional Budget Justification (CBJ) reviews
  • Experience with reclamas, appeals, and budget execution reviews
  • Five (5) years of experience working with Requirements Process (JCIDS)
  • Experience with DoD PPBE System and Acquisition Process
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time
