Resource Pool - Registered Nurse FT Alternating Shifts

Resource Pool - Registered Nurse in FULL-TIME alternating shifts providing comprehensive RN care in a rural, non-profit critical access hospital. Responsibilities include implementing physicians' orders, administering medications (IV and non-IV), starting IVs, performing treatments and tests, interpreting diagnostic results, assessing patient needs, coordinating with the care team to develop and update the Plan of Care, and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care across all ages. Requires RN licensure in Kansas, graduated from an accredited nursing program, strong communication and clinical assessment skills, proficiency with MS Office/Meditech, and willingness to cross-train; ACLS and BLS certifications are preferred and a Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred.
