Resource Pool Assistant Nurse Manager

Assist the Nurse Manager in managing daily nursing activities, including resource allocation, staffing, scheduling, and equipment availability. Oversee departmental structure, processes, and outcome standards while supporting budget management, supply acquisition, and employee performance evaluations. Promote safe, effective patient care by fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and engagement, and ensure compliance with Joint Commission, OSHA, and CMS regulations. Lead collaborative decision-making with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to achieve clinical and service objectives.
