Job Summary
Create and optimize shift plans while monitoring workforce capacities to identify over- and under-staffing. Support short- and medium-term personnel demand planning to ensure efficient resource utilization. Generate reports and key performance indicators to assist in staffing decisions and collaborate closely with operational leaders on demand alignment. Maintain relevant planning data in workforce management systems and ensure compliance with labor laws and collective agreements. Act as the primary contact for employees and managers regarding shift planning inquiries.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Personaleinsatzplanung, Ressourcenplanung oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
- Gutes Verständnis für Kennzahlen und Datenanalysen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Organisationstalent
Desired Qualifications
- Kenntnisse in Workforce-Management- oder Planungssystemen
- Erfahrung mit Power BI oder vergleichbaren Reporting-Tools
- idealerweise im Aviation-Umfeld
