Job Summary
Plan and schedule service resources and field service activities, manage maintenance plans, coordinate subcontractors, communicate schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of preventative maintenance; responsibilities include creating and updating service orders, optimizing shift proposals, reviewing options, and maintaining resource data, with emphasis on communication in English and Hindi and collaboration within Philips’ healthcare technology environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- Min 3+ years of customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Good communication skills in writing and reading
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Good command over English and Hindi
