Job Summary
Resource Planner Crew at Transavia translates the network and flight schedule into the right resource demand, determining both net and gross capacity for current and upcoming seasons, and uses data analysis and modeling to provide insights. You’ll work with the crew-planning chain and other departments to identify bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities, define crew pairing, support planning and IT data initiatives, and help shape policy proposals. The role emphasizes analytical work, forecasting, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement within a cross-functional environment, with hybrid work options and a 40-hour week. Requirements include a university degree (WO), strong analytical and Excel skills, Power BI experience (Python a plus), and Dutch language proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- A completed university degree (WO) with preferably at least 2 years of work experience
- Analytical mindset, numerate, and stakeholder management experience
- Experience with data-driven analyses and forecasting
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Power BI; Python is a plus
- Able to translate data questions into clear insights for diverse audiences
- Strong communication skills; ability to engage stakeholders in recommendations
- Result-oriented, persuasive, and able to bring stakeholders along in advice
- Proficiency in Dutch language
- Open attitude and enthusiasm for change, collaboration, and achieving results
