Job Summary
Coordinate office administration and operations, provide resource navigation and referrals to public benefits and community resources, assist with benefit applications, and support program events. Serve as first point of contact for visitors and participants, screen guests, manage conference-room scheduling, assist with IT setup and inventory, maintain records, and contribute to safety and office procedures. Language skills in Urdu, Arabic, or Spanish are strongly preferred; travel between NYC locations may be needed; a fast-paced, customer-service oriented environment and ability to work evenings/weekends when programming requires. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- U.S. Work Authorization required.
