Job Summary

Resource & Operations Coordinator with full-time schedule based in The Bronx, NY. Responsible for office administration and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and safety, acts as the first point of contact for participants and community members, and provides resource navigation and referrals to public benefits (e.g., SNAP, Medicaid, Cash Assistance, HEAP, IDNYC, NYC Care). Duties include coordinating scheduling, IT setup and distribution, recordkeeping, and supporting events; offers interpretation/translation support (Arabic or Spanish preferred); travel between NYC locations as needed; requires strong organizational skills, customer service orientation, and commitment to serving immigrant, refugee, and low-income communities. Requires high school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; ability to work evenings/weekends as needed; U.S. work authorization required.
