Job Summary
Resource Nurse (RN) serves as weekend house supervisor, ensures delivery of high-quality clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction, provides direct resident care as needed, administers medications and treatments per policy, and effectively manages nursing personnel on shift while adhering to facility policies and regulations. Requires a valid state nursing license and the ability to work independently with reliable transportation. Belleview Care Center offers a sign-on bonus, shift premiums, comprehensive benefits, 401k, daily pay, PTO, and ongoing training.
