Requires 4-5 years of related experience; CPA firm experience highly valued. Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years work experience in logistics, resource management or related field
- CPA firm experience highly valued
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement systems and comprehensive solutions to resource management challenges
- Strong communication, influencing and analytical skills
- Experience with forecasting processes and tools
- Service oriented with decision-making capability
- Ability to learn quickly about business drivers and growth
- Ability to collaborate with leadership and HR on staffing and development needs
