Resource Manager to lead workflow planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across Tax and Client Accounting Services teams. Partner with department leaders to anticipate staffing needs, monitor utilization with actionable reporting, and drive capacity planning and process improvements. Requires 4-5 years of relevant experience; CPA firm experience is highly valued. Strong communication, analytical skills, systems thinking, and business acumen are essential.
