Job Summary
Lead workflow planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across Tax and Client Accounting Services (CAS) teams; balance workloads and ensure efficient use of staff at all levels; partner with department leaders to anticipate staffing needs and solve capacity challenges; monitor utilization and provide actionable reporting and insights; identify process improvements and reduce bottlenecks across operations; support forecasting, planning, and use of external staffing resources as needed; collaborate with recruiting and leadership on hiring and development needs.
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years work experience in logistics, resource management or related field; CPA firm experience highly valued
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement systems and comprehensive solutions to resource management challenges
- Exceptional communication, influencing and analytical skills; thrives on collaboration
- Applies practical cause-and-effect and systems thinking
- Strong business acumen; ability to learn quickly about company business and related strategic growth and profit drivers
- Familiarity with forecasting processes and tools
- Service oriented with the strength to make difficult decisions and challenge norms
